Latest update

Ok, so Scott and I were in a car accident recently where I wrote off the car, but he and I came out fine.



I now own a little Toyota which is in very good condition and gets us around town just fine.

I just went for, and got, my P plates for my motorbike :-)

The kids and I have been spending a fair bit of time at the beach and pool, and out in the yard running through the sprinkler.








Scott got 66.5/100 for his yearly English Exam, which apparently was one of the best scores. He is not doing so well in Geography or Art, but loves Music.

Will's Birthday

Will recently turned 9 years old. Where have the years gone?
He started the day with his favourite breakfast - Bacon and Eggs on toast, yum yum.


Will was allowed to open his presents when family and friends arrived later in the day.

and then everyone sat around admiring Will's new xbox, lol

Heading off to school

Scott is enjoying being in a co-ed school and Will has settled well into his new school too. Will's principal is Mr Alan Watt, formerly a teacher of Frank Partridge when I was there...small world!

Visiting the library

One of the first things Matt and I did after we moved to Newcastle was to head to the library. It was not open when we got there so we sat and waited.



Once inside Matt was quick to find a book he liked and sat happily for a few minutes looking at the pictures.



After the library we went to the hospital to visit Nanna. Matt got very good at pressing the correct button in the elevator.

At 13 I decided Scott was now too old for an egg hunt, so just Will and Matt did it this year and Scott assisted :-) Nanna's yard was an excellent place for the Easter bunny to hide his chocolate.
